When it comes to our customer support, you are our number one priority. We want you to be happy when it comes to our product.


Returns: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No Returns on an open pouch of tea. You have 48 hours upon arrival to check your order for accuracy and product damages. If the pouch is damaged in any way, please take a picture and email me immediately at and put 'Product Damage' and the order number in the subject. Please send pictures of all items damaged and a picture of the box it came in. Then we will go about replaced the damaged goods.  

Privacy & Safety

We assure you that all information provided is for business use only. We will not sell your information to anyone. The information you provide to us is there for us to send you emails and/or text notifications about new products or where we will pop-up so you can come see us in person. If you ever have any questions about how your information is used, please let us know.

At this time, we do not sell wholesale or in bulk at discounted prices. Please check back later to see if this has changed. If you have a specific inquiry or need, please contact us and we can discuss.
